Audrina tweeted that today was the first day filming the new season of The Hills.  Obviously Heidi planned to have a whole new face and body just in time. She admits to being obsessed with plastic surgery and wants even bigger boobs next.  Sorry Heidi, someone please tell that girl to stop butchering herself trying to be perfect because it will never happen!
